I found some information about the upcoming New Moon DVD release party at Borders at:

To vote for your favorite moments from the movie, click on "download awards ballot". Fill out your ballot and bring it along to the release party.
Borders release parties will be held at participating Borders stores on Friday, March 19th, starting at 10 PM. The Release Party will feature New Moon Movie Awards, based on the results of your ballots.
As we get more information about local New Moon DVD release parties, we'll post them.
