Breaking Dawn Stuff at Hot Topic

I'm going to see Breaking Dawn at midnight tonight!! (Yay!!) Of course, I had to buy a few things to wear to the movie.

So I went shopping at our local Hot Topic store. They had lots of merchandise for Breaking Dawn, including tea shirts, blankets and pillow cases, calendars, jewelry, bookmarks, fridge magnets, key chains, and of course, the soundtrack.

As a bonus, if you buy the Breaking Dawn tea shirt (which I did for $22.50 US), you get a free lanyard with Edward or Jacob on it (I chose Edward.)

Also, for every $25 you spend on Breaking Dawn merchandise, you get a replica invitation to Bella and Edward's wedding (aww...) I bought Bella's hair comb (for $28 US) and got 2 invitations for my total purchase (which was just over $50.)

Volvo Breaking Dawn commercial "Drive Happily Ever After"

Volvo finally realized their potential customers in the Twilight Saga fans. After all, if the Cullen family members drive Volvos, then so should we!

Here's a fun commercial for the Volvo S60 R-Design (Edward's car), welcoming you "to drive happily ever after."

Note: Watch carefully as Bella and Edward drive away from their Wedding Reception. I can see Carlisle and Esme, but where are the father and mother of the bride?

There are 17 more days until Breaking Dawn Part 1 hits the local theater, and the suspense is killing me! Luckily, we're getting plenty of video teasers to keep up the excitement, without giving too much away.

I can hardly wait to see what Bella will be wearing for her wedding (although I'm a bit more interested in seeing her honeymoon scenes with Edward!)

Breaking Dawn Cast Safely Evacuated During Tsunami

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan and the Pacific region tonight.

We're so glad to hear that the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn cast and crew were safely evacuated (while filming on Vancouver Island, BC) and are safe and sound! (And thanks to the Twilight Saga Facebook page for keeping us up-to-date!)

Breaking Dawn Info!

There is a lot of Breaking Dawn news out on the web. A lot of spoilers of what is in the script and what scenes they are shooting. One of the things I read talked about the "2nd" Honeymoon scene in the cottage. It sure sounds pretty steamy. From what I read I do not know how they are keeping it PG13, but they are. There is another item I read that I am going to have to really re-re-re-re-read (because I have already read it 4 time) about someone dieing. They alluded that if you read really carefully you would pick it up?? So I am going to see if I can find out who.

Breaking Dawn Filming

In my last post I talked about all the clips on the Internet of the DVD Eclipse clips. What about the filming of Breaking Dawn? There is a lot of clips and photos out there. I have some friends that do not want to see or know anything about it. I of course want to see it all and know it all.

Some of you know my story of when I was reading New Moon and I had to call my friend to find out if Bella was going to pick Jacob instead of Edward (I was going to stop reading the series if she was) So you know I can't stand it.

Breaking Dawn Countdown Timers

Now that we have release dates set for Breaking Dawn (Part 1) and Breaking Dawn (Part 2), I thought it would be fun to design a couple of countdown timers. It's never too early to count down to the last Twilight Saga films!

In AOL news today they have an article with Stephenie Meyer and producer Wyck Godfrey. Both saying Breaking Dawn(s) will be PG-13.

Breaking Dawn to be Filmed in Louisiana and Vancouver!

The Twilight Saga on Facebook (the Official Twilight series fan page) just announced that Breaking Dawn will be filmed in Vancouver and Louisiana.

Here's an excerpt from their announcement:

SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT’S THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN TO BE FILMED IN LOUISIANA AND VANCOUVER

Summit Entertainment’s THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN will be filmed in both Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Vancouver over the next year starting this fall. The next chapter of THE TWILIGHT SAGA will be released as two separate films with the first of the two slated to be released in theatres on November 18, 2011.

Academy Award® winner Bill Condon will direct both films starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner along with Billy Burke as Charlie Swan as well as returning members of the Cullen Family including Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Ashley Greene as Alice and Kellan Lutz as Emmett.

The project, based on the fourth novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series, is currently being written by Melissa Rosenberg with Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Stephenie Meyer producing.

So, are there any beautiful tropical islands with white sandy beaches (i.e. Isle Esme) near Baton Rouge? I've never been to Louisiana, but maybe I can convince my husband to take a vacation there to check it out!

Kristen Stewart Know where she want Breaking Dawn to split!

Kristen Stewart tells AP Television, "I feel like it's so obvious where you break it up. It's as soon as she turns." She also states, "Gosh, you open your eyes to this different world right? That would be amazing." Taylor Lautner said he approved Stewards idea.

This is going to be a long 17 months, waiting!

Guess who has not read Breaking Dawn Yet!

In an interview with MTV ROBERT PATTINSON said he has not read Breaking Dawn yet. He does know about the key parts though.

My Own Barbie Twilight Saga Video

Here's my own "Barbie" tribute to the entire Twilight Saga, starring Barbie Bella, Barbie Edward, Barbie Jacob, and Kelly (starring as Renesmee). My whole family helped me put this together, and we're very proud of the result, so please don't flame it!

There's a Date!

Breaking Dawn has a Release Date! November 18th, 2011. There is no word if it will be 1 or 2 movies. They could be waiting to make the announcement to hype Eclipse. WOW! there are so many scenes I want to see... wedding, Isle Esme honeymoon, Renesmee. What do you want to see? Please comment !!!
