Fifty Shades of Grey (Twilight fan fiction?)

My hubby just bought me a book from Amazon called Fifty Shades of Grey by E. L. James. I read the first chapter and thought, this seems a lot like a Twilight fan fiction romance (but with different names.) So I decided to look it up online.

Turns out, this story originally really was a piece of Twilight fan fiction written by Snowqueens Icedragon, and she called it Master of the Universe. Aha! I knew it!

This book is definitely not for anyone under 18 years old (and I'd even suggest not under 21.) For those of you who are old enough to read it, and are Twilight fans, I have a couple of questions for you:

1. Would you buy this book, knowing that it's a re-written Twilight fan fiction story?
2. If you did read this book, what did you think of it?
