Since the book, "Breaking Dawn," happens in 2006, I'll assume this is their 4th Wedding Anniversary. So, Happy 4th Wedding Anniversary, Bella and Edward!
The traditional anniversary gift for the 4th Anniversary is fruit or flowers. The modern anniversary gift for the 4th Anniversary is appliances.
Edward is a traditional guy, so I think he'd get her flowers. But not just a bunch of roses. Maybe something freesia-related? (Bella's favorite flower) Or how about rare blue diamond jewelry cut into a delicate floral pattern? Gold-dipped freesia?

I think Edward should ask Bella to go shopping, and while she's shopping, he would plant a garden full of freesia to surprise her when she comes home.
